We are looking for an Integration Test Lead to join our growing team in Canton, MA United States!
Job Description:
* 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years focused on integration testing in complex system landscapes.
* Outstanding communication skills - able to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, middleware, data flows, and system interoperability.
* Experience testing across multiple domains (web, mobile, backend services) and technology stacks.
* Knowledge on POS systems.
* Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger, or similar API testing tools.
* Solid understanding of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
* Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Must Have:
* At least 6 years of experience. (This is an individual contributor role).
* Integration Test Lead with strong hands-on testing expertise and exceptional communication skills.
* This role requires working onsite at the client’s office, Monday through Friday.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving integration testing across complex, multi-system environments.
