Required Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.  Typically 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, application support, infrastructure, QA, DevOps, release management, or environment management.  Experience supporting complex enterprise application environments.  Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle.  Experience coordinating multiple non-production environments across concurrent projects and releases.  Working knowledge of application infrastructure, databases, middleware, APIs, networking, cloud platforms, and system integrations.  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and configuration management.  Experience with IT service-management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.  Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Profil recherché:
Preferred Qualifications  Experience working in large, highly integrated enterprise environments.  Experience with Agile, DevOps, and/or scaled delivery models.  Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms.  Experience with cloud and container technologies such as Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.  Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management practices.  ITIL certification or practical experience applying ITIL processes.  Experience managing environments involving third-party vendors and external integrations.  Experience operating in a regulated industry such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government.    Key Competencies  Ownership: Takes end-to-end accountability for environment availability and readiness rather than functioning solely as a scheduling coordinator.  Technical Acumen: Understands enough of the application and infrastructure landscape to identify dependencies, assess risks, and coordinate technical resolution.  Planning: Anticipates environment demand and conflicts before they affect testing or delivery milestones.  Problem Solving: Rapidly organizes the appropriate technical resources during environment incidents and drives issues through resolution.  Stakeholder Management: Effectively coordinates across development, QA, infrastructure, security, DevOps, release management, vendors, and business teams.  Communication: Provides concise, actionable information regarding environment health, risks, outages, dependencies, and decisions.  Continuous Improvement: Identifies recurring operational problems and drives automation, standardization, and process improvements.     Accuracy of environment configuration and version information  Timeliness of environment refreshes and provisioning  Stakeholder satisfaction with environment services  The role works closely with Application Development, Quality Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud/Platform Engineering, Database Administration, DevOps, Release Management, Cybersecurity, Test Data Management, Architecture, vendors, and business testing teams.
